Vendor Info
  • You will receive the final vendor information including booth space number and parking pass by email by July 9th. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at 206-550-5176. PLEASE BRING THIS PASS WITH YOU. Each vendor is allowed one parking pass. Do not duplicate it.  
  • Do not arrive before 6:00 a.m. to set up.
  • If your number begins with (N) enter town from the North end of town. That is the Woodinville-Duvall Road. If your space number begins with (S) enter from the South end of town. 124th also known as the Carnation side.   You will find a map attached that shows your number and where you will be located.    
  • There is no smoking in or around your booth. 
  •  As a reminder you must have a Fire Extinguisher, and your tent must be fire retardant.
  • You must have your vehicle unloaded and off the street no later than 8:00 a.m.  
  • You must have your booth broken down, be packed and off the street by 6:00 p.m. as the street will reopen at that time.
  • If you are a Main Street business your number coincides with your storefront.
  •  We invite you to stay and enjoy the music in the park along with the Fireworks that will go off at 10:00 p.m.
  • We will have a Twitter campaign the day of the event that can support you in promoting your booth by running a special. Please follow us at  Twitter.com/DuvallDivas
  • There will be a vendor meeting at 8:15 a.m. the day of the event in front of the Main Street Stage at City Hall.
